A complaint has been filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha under sections 306, 109, 504 & 506 of IPC in connection with the actor's death in a court in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur.
Talking about the same, the lawyer told ,
"In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released.
Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step."
On Sunday, politician and ex. Member of Indian Parliament, Sanjay Nirupam had also shared a tweet claiming that Bollywood’s ‘nishthurta’ (cruelty) took Sushant’s life.
Netizens have been bashing a few celebrities for not being there for Sushant and for allegedly being rude to him.
The Chhichhore actor was reportedly battling depression. He breathed his last at his Bandra apartment.

The autopsy report stated that it is a prima facie case of suicide.
