The Sea Palace Floating Resort is currently being built, with plans to park the luxurious floating hotel near Dubai Marina.
The Dhs600 million development, from Seagate Shipyard and El Bahrawy Group, includes six Neptune floating homes connected to the luxury hotel.
Described as a mix of yacht and home, the Neptune floating villas will be spread over two floors, with a balcony, rooftop entertaining area and private swimming pool.
Inside, there are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and crew quarters.
The interiors have been designed by luxury car brand Aston Martin, for that extra level of extra.
